The Ukrainian company produces textile products from hemp and linen. It was created in 2019. For 3 years, the company's team improved the quality of pillows and blankets, conducted more than 200 different studies and tests of a new form and ideal composition of products.
The process of creating such textiles is not an easy thing, the technology is based on many studies to achieve the highest quality products. The result was an optimized composition, improved quality and ideal shape of hemp fiber products. In the manufacture of products the company use the highest quality fabric without synthetic additives (100% linen or hemp and the highest quality satin) and hemp filling (which consists of 75% hemp fibers and 25% polyester fibers).
Technological process: the fabric and hemp filler are cut by hand, according to the declared size, they are sealed for quilting on special equipment, after that it is edging, a label is inserted, and a bag for the product is sewn (all packaging is exclusively made of cotton).
The exception is the topper with a density of hemp filler of 1000 g/m2, since the machine cannot quilt such a density and height (6-7 cm) - it is completely made by hand.
The pillow consists of a quilted three-layer cover (1 layer of satin or linen, 2 layer of hemp filler with a density of 200 g/m2, 3 layer of cotton) and hemp filler, which is folded several times. The pillow formed in this way will keep its shape and in the future it will be easy to wash.
The company sells to both retail and wholesale customers in Ukraine and abroad.
