The Spanish company was founded in 1993, as manufacturer of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). The company added value increased by the incorporation of an electronic components assembly service, that includes technical advice and components purchasing.
Nowadays, the company produces more than 30.000 m2 of circuit boards and works for a wide range of sectors such as railway, aerospace, telecom, HiFi, defence, aeronautics, medical equipment, new developments, etc. at national and international level.
The company can produce a large range of different PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards):
-According to structure:
•Mono/Dual/Multi Layer Printed Circuit Boards
•Printed Circuit Boards with Epoxy-glass Lamination
-According to construction:
•Multilayer Printed Circuit Boards with buried holes and blind holes
•Multilayer Printed Circuit Boards with different connections between layers (Sequential Circuits)
•Multilayer Printed Circuit Boards with external heat sinks, nickel-plated copper or passivated aluminum (Heat Sink).
-Depending on the type of laminate:
•Printed Circuit Boards with PTFE Lamination and others with low, medium and high dielectric constant and low dissipation factor, Cuclad, Diclad, Arlon 1000 types, etc.
•Printed Circuit Boards with Polyamide Laminate and carbon fiber metallization for aeronautical applications.
•Printed Circuit Boards with BT Laminates and with high Tg modified Epoxy resins, to work at high temperatures.
•Aluminum Printed Circuit Boards with a high dissipation factor.
-According to electrical characteristics:
•Controlled Impedance Printed Circuit Boards.
•Printed Circuit Boards for Microwaves, Strip-Line, Micro-strip, etc.
The company counts on the following capabilities and equipment:
-Copper/tin plating: Fully automated electrolytic line.
-Chemical laboratory.
-Technical office: 5 CAD-CAM working stations, that added to 2 laser photo-plotters Crescent from Barco fully automated.
-Image machinery: to transfer the image by using dry film, with automatic centering machines and capability to define tracks from 80µ.
-CNC drilling: Possibility of holes diameter Ø from 0.25 mm.
-Solder mask: Photosensitive materials (both solder mask and silkscreen.)
-Finishing lines: Mostly HAL, immersion tin, ENIG (NiAu), Electrolytic Au, OSP, etc.
-Quality control equipment: Checking of all the images of the printed circuit boards is done with an Accumatch optical test (AOI) with a working station UCAM from Barco Graphics.
