The Romanian company was established in 2016 when it began offering industrial sandblasting and painting services.
With a constant desire to enhance and expand the range of services provided, in 2022 the company completed several investments leading to the addition of a new production area, new equipment and the company’s ability to offer complete metal fabrication services.
The company’s service portfolio includes:
- Project design – 2D and 3D design services are offered, according to client requirements, for digitally transforming a specific product.
- Laser cutting – both complex and simple industrial pieces can be processed, unique, small or large series. Laser cutting services are available for steel, aluminium, stainless steel, as well as other alloys, according to client requirements.
- Bending – available for complete projects, special projects and subcomponents (e.g. electric casing, rectangular pipes etc.).
- Welding – high resistance welding, completed with quality equipment
- Turning and milling services
- Sandblasting – available for industrial pieces with a minimum thickness of 3mm, including metal gates, fences, frames, enclosures etc.
- Painting – industrial liquid and electrostatic painting services are available
- Assembly – full assembly services are offered (mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly)
- Industry 4.0 production process digitalisation services
The company currently addresses clients on the Romanian market for whom it offers partial or complete metal fabrication processes in different industries including logistics (e.g. palletizing equipment, conveyors), mining and wood processing (cutting and wood manipulating equipment), pipe manufacturing, industrial machine manufacturing (e.g. lathe, milling machines etc.). The final products manufactured by the Romanian company are then usually sold in the Netherlands, Italy, the USA or on the Romanian market.
