An Italian company was created in 1972 as a precision machine shop, equipped with CNC and traditional machine tools that can carry out workings as turning, milling, slotting, drilling and threading of workpieces.
The experience reached in the mechanical sector enabled the Italian company to start in1984 the production and marketing of filter pumps for galvanic and chemical processes.
Filter pumps are produced by turning and milling polypropylene, PVC and 316L stainless steel plates and rods. Molded components are excluded.
Filter pumps are designed to be introduced in the surface treatment process called "electroplating". According to such a technique, metallic objects to be plated for decoration or protection are covered by electrolysis with a thin layer of another metal. They are suitable to filter electrolytic solutions used in the following processes: acid/alkaline nickel plating, acid/alkaline copper plating, acid/alkaline zinc plating, alkaline cadmium plating, acid/alkaline tin plating, acid/alkaline gold plating, alkaline silver plating, alkaline brass plating. Sectors that could be interested: companies performing surface treatments on their products such as furnishing, bathroom fixtures, accessories such as hinges, tracks, locks, handles, and high fashion accessories; foreign resellers and equipment manufacturers that work in galvanic and chemical fields.
The main groups of the filter pump are the filtering unit and the unit pump.
The robustness of each component and the construction of the filter unit are a guarantee of durability and degree of high filtration (< 1 μ) of the Italian company's filter pumps.
The Italian company has now started a program of expansion in foreign countries and thus is open to collaboration with a partner available to support in the selling of its products (distributors, agents, galvanic plant builders, resellers of electroplating equipment, chemicals producers, specialist of chemicals production for galvanic plating....). - Advantages and Innovations
