The company has a wide portfolio of free-from products such as pasta, bread, snacks, ice cream cones, pizza, biscuits, zero calories sugar, desserts, and bread\pizza\desserts mix.
A peculiarity in its portfolio is the presence of tasty Sicilian delicacies such as cannoli, arancini, scaccie and rustici.

All offered products are high-quality, tasty, and addressed to people with special health needs (allergies, intolerances,healthy lifestyle,...).

Some of the products, which usually need a temperature of -18° for storage and transportation, are prepared with a technique that allows the distribution with a temperature up to 4°, with a significant reduction of the cost and simplification of the distribution process.
