Full Description

This Italian company, located in the Sicilian province of Agrigento, cultivates organic fruits in its lands and in other affiliates areas. Cultivation is employed to process jams, sweet spreads, fruit preserves, sauces and other sweets. During the years the company has been striving to the innovation with an eye to the ancient recipes handed down for generations. Among the production the most characteristic are the marmalades with tardive tangerines from Ciaculli (area near Palermo famous for the presence of cultivation of tardive tangerines, protected by Slowfood) or the preserves of little strawberries from Ribera. Among the other products the company can count:
- Sweet spreads of gianduia, coffee, almond, hazelnut and pistachio (packaging in 250gr, 370gr jar or in 3kg buckets);
-Marmalades of oranges, lemons, blood oranges, late tangerines (packed in 250gr jar);
-Extra jams of black fig, onions, strawberries, cherries, prickle pears, black mulberry, red plums, pears, white peaches (packed in 250gr jar);
-Bio Marmalades (gluten free) of oranges, tangerines, lemon, peaches , apricot, strawberry, cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, wild blackberry (packed in 250gr jar);
-Jelly wine of Marsala wine, Zibibbo wine, Nero d'Avola wine, Inzolia wine (packed in 180gr jar);
Company's interest is directed to a manufacturing agreement in private label and distribution agreement for its brand.

Advantages and Innovations

In 2017 the company obtained the IFS (international food standard) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) for the food sector, as a further guarantee of the processing standards and company management system. Many of the fruits cultivated in company’s lands are protected by the “Slow Food” association that aims at safeguard the ancient products of different territories deemed to disappear.
