The company is mainly specialised in buffalo mozzarella production, a dairy product traditionally manufactured in Campania region: it is a fresh cheese made with fresh and whole buffalo milk. Other buffalo milk based products are: Burrata (fresh cheese with fresh cream inside), Ricotta ( fresh buffalo ricotta, milky color and soft texture) , Silano ( cheese with a stretched cylindrical shape, the surface is straw yellow, the paste is compact and elastic).
The company is located in the province of Naples and manufactures its products in a modern and well equipped dairy.
The milk is milked every day in the territory of Caserta: then it is sent to the laboratories of Afragola ( in the province of Naples), to be worked by skilled artisans and give life to culinary delights.
The cheeses, results of the milk produced by buffaloes, are treated in a completely natural and well-known way. The final product more protein, digestible and rich in nutrients.
