A Finnish SME, established in 2021 has developed a data-driven leadership tool that measures the company's efficiency (the organization, processes, and cooperation), capability (the ability to work, know-how, and motivation), and leadership (the management of things, individuals, and teams) and culture (level of individualism, authority, fragmented organization, and productivity)
The product is launched in the domestic and global markets and it has already achieved several clients. The company is now starting to expand abroad.
The company offers a data-driven leadership SaaS (Software as a Service) tool for people who want to lead with data. Data-driven leadership is an integrated approach to leadership, change management, and data analytics in a continuous development environment. It is the competence of data-driven leadership, which comprehensively improves the connections between processes, products, services, and customers with the help of people.
With the service, leaders/companies can easily access critical and relevant company data - the root causes behind results. It offers the only opportunity on the market to analyze the operating condition of companies through capability, efficiency, leadership, and culture.
