The first generation of the family owned winery, started the wine production 68 years ago and today is run by the second-generation winemakers, supported by an extended family of skilled professionals.
From the very beginning, they have devoted themselves to the revival of rare grape varieties of Crete; and their portfolio features more than 11 indigenous varieties, with three saved from extinction.
They continue to explore Crete for forgotten varieties and unique terroirs, aiming to produce wines with distinctive character.

The company exports to 20 contries all over the globe.From Canada and USA, to Australia, Germany France and U.K.The export team of the company currently consists of three people, who are continuously travelling in as many countries as possible for 150 days per year. They try to communicate all of that uniqueness, adventure and journey into the Cretan Vineyards, using as assets their high wine quality, their honesty and their desire to create firm foundations for the company. - Advantages and Innovations

As sustainability advocates, they transitioned to organic viticulture in 2020 and a significant percentage of their cooperating farmers managed to do the same.
As part of their regenerative approach, they have stopped ploughing the ground and only use their own fertilizer made of organic waste from their kitchen, the winemaking process, and the nearby oil mills. Adapting to climate change, they have been moving to higher altitudes and replacing their trellising to the lyre system, among other measures.
Each year, they evaluate yearly both themselves and participating farmers for water, soil, pest and ecosystem management, air quality and community impact. Their yearly performance is publicly available through their Message-In-A-Bottle project. - Stage of Development
