General information

Short Summary
This company is a data-driven, HVAC energy efficiency company that solves common A/C efficiency problems by protecting the cooling capacity with a uniquely designed graphene polymer fin coating. Energy savings can be achieved between 15 and 30%. With their treatment the cooling capacity is increased, and the energy costs of the cooling installations are significantly reduced.
Full Description
Their coating is a groundbreaking anti-corrosion product engineered to protect HVAC coils and improve
energy efficiency. Cooling fins are prone to corrosion, which leads to a loss of performance of up to 1.75% each year with regular maintenance. Over a unit's estimated lifespan of 20 years, this can result in a loss of up to 35% of performance. However, the coat recovers lost heat flow between tube
and fin thanks to its state-of-the-art thermally conductive properties and its proprietary method of surface preparation and extend the useful life of coils by up to 10 years.

Over 14 years of applications on over 5,000 units, clients and third-party professionals worldwide have measured and verified energy savings ranging from 10% to 38%. This results in straight paybacks on energy efficiency gains alone of 6 months to 3 years, depending on the as-found condition and the amount of use the AC has. The game-changing aspect is that the achieved savings on the day of the
application remain constant for the extended life of the coated unit.

The second major benefit of this coat is the maintenance. Regular maintenance is recommended, but it does nothing to protect the fins. Each year, the expense of cleaning can be higher than the energy efficiency achieved. By using this system, an operator no longer needs to spend the same
amount of labor to maintain the energy efficiency of the unit. It also prevents bio-film and dirt buildup, making it much easier to maintain optimal performance of the unit.

The company has started the Dutch office in March 2022 and is aiming for decarbonization and energy efficiency in Europe.
Advantages and Innovations
The company introduces their coating, a high-quality water-based nanocoating with several benefits. First, it improves the thermal conductivity of the refrigeration system, resulting in increased energy efficiency and significant cooling costsavings. In addition, The coat provides protection to the heat exchanger within the air-cooled condenser, providing effective corrosion resistance. This helps extend the life of the equipment.

In short, they increase energy efficiency, increase cooling capacity, lengthen lifetime of equipment and reduce carbon footprint.
