Digital transformation is important for organizations in order to stay relevant in their markets. The Dutch firm has developed the framework with Six Success factors for digital transformation and a 360 degrees multi language online platform to rapidly assess and improve these Six Success factors easily.

All organizations are in a certain state of digital transformation, in order to stay relevant and accessible for their clients. A framework based on Six critical success factors for digital transformation (see graph 1) was developed by this Dutch firm. This model was then transformed into an online (SaaS) platform with which organizations can assess their current state of digital transformation, which enables them to easily identify their next steps to develop and improve in these six critical success factors.
The platform is 360 degrees, self service, multi persona, multi language, based on various market standards (see graphic 3), future proof and independent. The powerful engine decreases the assessment duration and costs significantly and unites all stakeholders by giving a direct and holistic view on their organization with little effort.
A summary of the platform’s modules (see graphic 2):
• The outcome of the initial measurement is a clear dashboard (see graphic 4) and a complete hands-on detailed report generated by the built-in engine. This report also includes all comments and proposals of the various stakeholders in all layers of the client’s organization.
• The built-in Priorities & Actions module ensures actions are started rapidly.
• To facilitate a smooth PDCA-cycle, the platform also offers a Measure-up module to track progress.
• The Partners can use the built-in Partnermodule to coach and guide their clients, track progress and manage the access for Partner’s colleagues.
Clients and partners will benefit from this platform in two ways:
1. by having a more complete insight in organization’s characteristics and challenges, stakeholders will get better aligned on the proper priorities.
2. The platform is subscription based and comes at a modest price, enabling clients to spend their budget on taking measures and strengthening their organization.
The organization is successful in the Dutch market with a stable group of partners, and is now looking for European partners to facilitate the digital transformation of more SME’s with 25 to 2500 employees. As the Dutch organization is already quite experienced, the European partners can benefit greatly from that. - Advantages and Innovations

The platform is fully online, completely self service, supports multiple languages, offers role based menus to all stakeholders and offers a 360 degrees and independent overview of the clients digital transformation. The platform offers a free of charge Sneak Preview for clients to get acquainted with it.
Partners can use the platform to differentiate from their competitors with colabeling, and by offering guidance and follow-up consulting. This will strengthen the relationship with their clients and improve partner’s business results.

The organization is looking for commercial partners to jointly offer the platform to their clients to assist them in gaining insight in their digital transformation and develop plans to further grow digitally.
The partner should preferably be an IT Service provider or a Business consulting firm with an existing client base that is open to offering new services to their existing and new clients.
The Dutch firm offers a partner program, the type of cooperation would be a commercial agreement, in which the Dutch organization will train the partner for the platform and the outcome after which the partner will be able to use the platform with their clients. The partner program and the platform are offered on a subscription basis.
