An engineering company from northwest Poland operates in the construction industry, providing services from the field of architecture. The firm has carried out dozens of projects, including in cooperation with foreign partners from Western Europe and Scandinavia.

The company offers a full range of services, including:
- concept designs and building plans of houses, apartment buildings, commercial real estate or any other building;
- interior design of houses, apartment buildings, commercial real estate or any other building;
- 2D drawings and 3D models of buildings, apartments and their furnishings;
- photorealistic architectural visualisations and virtual tours;
- investment costs calculation and financial plan, supervision of proper budget execution and coordination of the procurement process;
- real estate agent services - support in finding prospective locations for investment in the region, estimating their potential and assistance in purchasing them;
- interior decorating services.

The firm wants to expand internationally and enter new markets, such as Denmark, Germany, Luxemburg, Norway and Sweden. For this reason, it looks for foreign agents (a commercial agreement) with an extensive network of contacts among their local real estate developers or with access to other clients requiring architectural services. The partner's role is to represent the company, promote its services and find new clients interested in contracting them. The agent is going to get paid a success fee in return.
