The Distillery was founded in 1898 in the South of France, between the Alps and the Mediterranean, a region with a unique climate favourable to all kinds of plants. For almost 80 years, the company has had a succession of owners with a passion for plants.

In 1974, the actual owner took over the company, continuing to manufacture emblematic products, most of them based on local ingredients and recipes, but also refreshing its range of aperitifs and liqueurs, taking into account the evolution of tastes and consumption patterns.
Some of the products have been awarded gold medals in international competitions.
More specifically, the company offers :
3 Absinthe listed in about 70 countries and the main international airports (Europe, Middle East, Asia):
- 1 absinthe at 69% alc/vol (original recipe, very much appreciated by cocktail bars and retail)
- 1 absinthe at 55% alc/vol: our best seller with a very good quality/price ratio
- 1 absinthe at 26% alc/vol: good to be served in shot glasses in night bars
3 Gin listed in about 60 countries and the main international airports (Europe, Middle East, Asia):
- 1 dry gin awarded twice with gold medal.
- 1 coffee gin: unique innovation
- 1 citrus gin: great quality/price ratio
1 Pastis listed in about 55 countries and main European airports. Considered as the reference in term of premium pastis and many times awarded with gold medal at international competitions.
3 liqueurs, among which génépi.
5 wine based aperitifs (= fortified wines) among which 1 vermouth, 1 gentiane and a peach aperitif listed in 2/3 of the 50 best bars in the world and widely used in the cocktail industry.
Today, the company is looking for new partners, importers/distributors in following countries : Iceland, Finland, Estonia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia, Albania, Ireland.

The company is looking for spirits and wine importers in each target country to establish a strong partnership and develop its brands in their market.
Ideally, the partner will be an exclusive importer, expert in the sale of alcohol in his country and, if possible, with the necessary contacts and experience of duty-free sales at major international airports.
