The Enterprise Europe Network has partnered with the European Business Summit to present the session 'From Zero to Hero: European Hidden Champions'. This Meet the Experts session will take place on May 22 in Brussels, within the official programme of this leading event.
The session will explore a special type of small businesses: the hidden champions. These are the backbone of the economy in Europe and might explain some countries’ exporting power and resistance to crisis. They can also provide us with insights to further enhance the role of small and medium -sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe.
The Network
The Network will be represented by Iraklis Agiovlasitis, a seasoned International Technology Transfer Expert from the Enterprise Europe Network in Austria. Iraklis will present the Network and explain how SMEs can achieve sustainable growth and how the Enterprise Europe Network can help them in this process.
