The company is located in a natural area of fruit orchards, where favourable climatic conditions and fertile loess soils as well as the lack of industry ensure an abundant harvest. Apple orchards cover over 70% of the crops. The company has been processing apples since 1997. The production at that time was enriched with colour concentrates as well as flavours in the extra class, which are processed by pressing from coloured fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, black and red currants, cherries, chokeberries and elderberries. The company focuses on continuous development. The expansion of the plant, which annual production capacity at the beginning of its operation was 100 tons of raw material - apples, currently allows to produce:
10,000 tons of apple juice concentrate
2,000 tons of colored fruit concentrate
30,000 tons of NFC juice
The plant processes 600 tons of apples and 250 tons of colored fruit per day. The plant has two independent production lines that allow for the production of two products at the same time. The plant's production line is equipped with four basket presses, two evaporation and two ultrafiltration stations.
Concentrated juices - are made from carefully selected, ripe fruits, which allows them to retain their natural taste and aroma. Thanks to advanced production technologies, the company is able to condense the essence of the fruit. Concentrated juices are ideal for the production of various juices, drinks and fruit preserves, constituting an excellent base for products that require a deep, natural taste.
Aromas - natural fruit aromas that enhance the taste and aroma of various food products. Aromas are made from the highest quality, selected fruits, which guarantees their exceptional intensity and authenticity. This products are ideal for drinks, desserts, confectionery, and other culinary applications.
