These two semi-detached villas with a minimalist style, located in La Listada, Arico, are designed to offer an unforgettable stay, combining comfort and elegance in every corner. Each villa has two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ideal for families or groups looking for a perfect retreat to relax. The interiors are carefully decorated with a modern and clean design, providing a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The living room, with its understated decor and high-quality furniture, is an ideal area for sharing both leisure and work moments.
They are equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi, allowing for a secure and stable internet connection. One of the highlights of Divela Villas is the private heated pool, where you can take a refreshing dip under the Canarian sun.
