The Macedonian company was established in 2007. Lead by the perfect climate conditions for the growth of vegetables and forest fruits as well as the great number of workers already familiar with their processing technique, the potential labor force, logistical advantages, and the positive economic climate, as a location, they chose the Pelagonia region.
Nowadays they represent a modern company with a highly trained workforce, equipped for processing wild berries, fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms and for providing various services depending on the needs of its customers at the most professional level.
With the accelerated work and investment from their partners from Italy, from the beginning of 2008 until the month of May that year the company has a legal property of 2000 m2, with all necessary equipment for complete processing of forest fruits, fruits, and vegetables.
The company's facilities are for freezing of about 40 tons of feed-stock per day in a tunnel for deep freezing at a temperature of -40°C, drying of 2 to 10 tons of feed-stock per day, storage of 600 tons of finished products at any time. In their halls which are controlled with regulated temperature, they pack large quantities of fresh produce for the European market. The company also has vehicles to transport goods to and from their warehouse with regulated temperatures.
Some of the products included in their extensive portfolio are frozen berries such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cranberries, frozen peppers, beans, cauliflower, broccoli. They also collect a significant quantity of mushrooms and perform complete processing and export to the final customer.
The company has a wide network of suppliers throughout Macedonia and covers 100% of the territory. Besides Macedonia, they provide raw materials from the surrounding neighboring countries as well. With their growing capacity, the company is looking for new possibilities to place their products on the European markets, especially Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and France. They are looking for reliable partners who have already established a strong network of channels, such as big market chains and wholesalers. In 2012, the company has expanded and invested in modern technology for quick freezing of products (IQF), with the purchase of a flow tunnel with a capacity of 2500 kg / h.
A new plant of 850 m/2 is built, which extended the storage of frozen products to 1,000 tons of goods with a controlled temperature of -20C. Investment also contains a new line for processing peppers, sour cherries, plums, onion, pumpkins, aubergines, tomatoes, and other fruits and vegetables. The capacity for processing and freezing of goods has increased up to 8000 tons of frozen products per year.
Today it represents a modern company trained and equipped for processing wild berries, fruits, and vegetables and for providing various services depending on the needs of their customers at the most professional level.
The processing and production behavior is according to the implemented HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe and designs measures to reduce these risks to a safe level), approved by inspection authorities of the Republic of North Macedonia. - Stage of Development
