Equipment for the production of blocks for construction according to individual characteristics. Thanks to the decorative surface, they do not require additional decoration, saving time and money. They can be used for the construction of residential buildings, fences, retaining walls, various architectural forms, utility blocks, gazebos and garages. More than 80,000 units have already been sold.
Concrete wall panels are made in the workshop using a 3D printer. The dimensions and shape of the panels are unified according to the conditions of production, logistics and installation. The composition of concrete is selected on the basis of local aggregates and binders. The panels are reinforced with composite reinforcement. Products are transported on pallets using vehicles and lifting mechanisms. Installation is carried out manually by two workers (product weight up to 60 kg). The surfaces of the panels have high adhesion, they can be painted with water-based paints, waterproofing compositions, fixed formwork can be installed in monolithic structures with increased aesthetic requirements. The technology of connecting nodes of adjacent panels ensures fast installation, allows solving a wide range of tasks with a small assortment of products.
The construction 3D printer "Surfer 3" is designed for printing serial concrete products. It has a double extruder, which allows you to print two products at the same time. The size of the print field of the printer is adjusted according to the conditions of the workshop in which the organization of production is planned. The printer is controlled using an industrial computer and a remote control. The printer is installed by three workers within 10 days
The company's printers are manufactured in Dnipro and Ivano-Frankivsk. In 2021, three more printers were sold abroad. - Advantages and Innovations

The enterprise provides technical part and production from its side. The profits from the branch according to the business plan are shared equally.
