- The Centre is looking for foreign partners to initiate and promote common projects in regional economic development, small and medium-sized enterprises promotion and investment, transnational technology transfer and cooperation and human resources development.

The Centre is a business Centre from the southeast part of Romania active in consulting support services for SMEs and public entities. The Centre is part of a national network of Centres for SME support.
For the private entities the Centre is offering:
- consultancy for the elaboration of investment projects (financing applications, business plans, feasibility studies etc),
- project management and technical assistance for the projects’ implementation.
- assistance in SME’s internationalization.
- organizing seminars and training courses on different topics: management, marketing, business planning, project management, legislation for SMEs, funding programmes for business development, EU accession procedures and funding.
For the local public authorities:
- elaboration of strategic local economic development plans and consultancy for accessing non-reimbursable funding - Advantages and Innovations
- The Centre has always been a promoter of innovation and has carried out activities to support technology transfer both between Romanian companies and the research environment and between entities from Romania and other European countries. The Centre is also a permanent incubator for young consultants locally active
