The Spanish SME, founded in 2009, with R&D and production facilities located in Madrid region and nearby; has become a well known manufacturer and developer of natural products and active ingredients intended for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetics industries. The company specializes in manufacturing natural ingredients supported by scientific evidence, enabling consumers to have a positive and significant impact on their health and well-being.
The company produces plant extracts in powder formats. With in house extraction equipment, and processes based on well-known solid-liquid methodologies working without the use of organic solvents; the company designs its proprietary extraction procedureseith the milder conditions possible in order to prevent deterioration and mantain the highest possible quality of active ingredients.
The compay design activities regarding process/procedures depends on several variables, that are taken into account and defined depending on the stage of the design process. . Key objective variables are the nature of the raw material, the accessibility to the compounds of interest and on the physical chemical characteristics of the active molecules obtained.
Process design includes also the selection of drying steps , mainly based on heat, or spray drying as well as on freeze drying technology.
Last process stages comprises packaging , being carefully designed regarding product properties and conditions.
