The Future of Building is an event that has helped companies and institutions find new cooperation partners for many years. In 2017 alone, we had the pleasure to welcome more than 380 participants from around 40 countries.
If you are interested in making valuable business contacts and if you are curious about the latest trends and developments in the construction sector, here are five reasons not to miss our event.
1. Learn from construction industry experts
Participate in international panel discussions, lectures and much more. Join one of our innovation workshops and gain new perspectives on the latest developments in the building and construction sector.
2. Develop innovative approaches for your own company
Three innovation workshops will tackle future trends and provide insight into innovative projects, technologies and procedures.
In an open and creative atmosphere, facilitated by an innovation manager, up to 60 participants will focus on finding new approaches for their own company and business cases.
3. Find new business partners at international b2b meetings
Talk directly with representatives from companies, research centers and universities. We expect up to 500 participants who will explore new business and research opportunities during more than 600 pre-booked b2b meetings.
For the first time, this year we will also offer foreign guests the opportunity to participate in the b2b meetings via video conference, creating new opportunities in more distant markets.
4. Discover top Austrian construction players
For the first time, we will also organise an exhibition space “Building –EXPO 2018”. Here, you will have the opportunity to visit up to 60 Austrian exhibitors in the fields of construction, infrastructure, timber engineering, materials, interiors and building technology. Innovative Austrian companies and research institutes will present products, services, projects and patents.
Only Austrian participants may book a booth at the exhibition.
5. Visit innovative Austrian building projects
During the second day of our conference, we will organise tours in Vienna and the surrounding area. Tours will include visits to innovative Austrian building projects and manufacturing companies.
